Full Job Description:


Position: After School Instructor (Part-time)


Schedule: Monday•Friday (3-5 days/week), 2:30pm•6pm


Location: St. Mary's Catholic School

Responsibilities:


- Guide preschool and elementary-aged children through structured afterschool activities


- Supervise children during afterschool hours


- Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and school staff


- Ensure a safe and engaging play-based learning environment



Qualifications:


- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred


- Previous experience in childcare, education, or related settings preferred


- Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques


- Excellent communication and teamwork skills


- Reliability and professionalism


- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain within 30 days of job start
