What you'll do
Deploy world-wide CRM In Game News channel campaigns across multiple games; Collaborate and support CRM Operations Specialists in setting up, deploying, and testing campaigns;
Advise CRM Strategy Managers on channel best practices, capabilities, and limitations to ensure proper planning of their campaigns;
Provide visibility to CRM Strategy Managers on campaign performance;
Help document all In Game News channel best practices and production guidelines, and ensure all content is up to date;
Support internal marketing projects and activities as requested;
Research competitors' campaigns and industry/market trends to propose ideas on optimization.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
Currently enrolled in a program with ties to Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field;
Aptitude for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving;
Capable of working under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills;
Passionate about quality and improving existing process and systems.
