The Responsibilities:
Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and by providing outstanding employee relations services to employees onsite
Build lasting relationships with customer and act as a liaison between customer and branch staff
Assist branch staff with screening and selection process of new temporary associates as needed
Orientate new temporary associates on company policies and safety expectations
Maintain personnel records in the employee database for temporary associates
Manage daily attendance and weekly payroll for temporary associates
Investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates
Mentor, conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions and dismissals of temporary associates
Maintain and present daily, weekly, monthly metric reports to internal and external leadership
The Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year experience in Staffing, HR, or Recruiting
Must have at least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
Experience with customer service/client relations
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel
Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility to accommodate client check-ins
