About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant - High-net-worth segment to join the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Marketing team. The team focuses marketing programs targeting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele for WIM businesses. The Lead Marketing Consultant will develop and execute marketing strategies to support our field of advisors and drive client engagement across product offerings.
The right candidate will possess a strong marketing background that includes experience driving business outcomes for the unique and diverse product needs for the HNW segment. In addition, candidates should be able to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization and have the ability to effectively present to senior leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan, and ensure execution of a variety of marketing strategies and programs to drive revenue and create business outcomes for high-net-worth clientele (such as investments, custom lending, trust, and philanthropy)
- Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
- Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs, or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all channels
- Serve as a subject matter expert marketing best practices, process, and policy within WIM
- Measure program effectiveness through analyzing data and monitoring performance
- Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
- Collaborate and consult with cross-enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience marketing for private bank and High-net-worth clientele
- Experience marketing niche investment offerings such as custom lending products, trust offerings, and investment advice for philanthropic gifts
- Experience in Wealth and Investment industry, including knowledge of financial advisors, solutions, and products for a diverse client base
- A consumer-centric mindset and a desire to drive best-in-class experiences for internal and external customers
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Experience with marketing tracking tools and technologies
- Experience establishing key metrics/benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of engagement strategy and issue management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- FINRA registration including Series 24 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
