Web Designer/Developer

We are looking to hire a skilled front-end Webflow developer to build responsive, accessible websites for our clients across a variety of industries. Working together with our Design, Digital and Client teams, your responsibility will be to translate designs into sites with advanced animation, interaction and functionality.

Responsibilities:

·      Oversee the development and maintenance of websites on Webflow

·      Convert mockups and wireframes into working websites

·      Maintain, update and troubleshoot websites

·      Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices and operating systems

·      Integrate accessibility best practices

·      Manage and maintain domains

·      Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends relevant to creating best-in-class web experiences

Requirements:

·      Proficient in Webflow development

·      Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

·      Experience integrating external libraries for advanced functionality

·      Proficiency in Figma (advanced in prototyping and variables states a plus)

·      Experience building digital design systems, responsive layouts, use of variable type

·      Experience designing digitally for accessibility

·      Experience with Google Analytics

·      Experience in web animations, motion design with SVGs, Data visualizations a plus

·      Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

·      Experience building multilingual sites is not required, but helpful

·      Experience with WordPress is a plus
