Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.The In-Market Supply Chain Sr. Planner is responsible for orchestrating our Innovative Medicine Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at country level with key focus on the Step 2 of the Demand Review. Ensuring the relevant activities in Supply network planning are followed for optimal products supply, orchestrate the OTIF D in the market in collaboration with the different stakeholders.Integrated Business Planning• Drives the Integrated Business Planning meetings with Commercial, Controllers and BI for alignment of the Consensus Demand Forecast, risk and opportunities and the financial plans. Reviews gaps between finance and consensus demand forecast. Discusses business assumptions with risks and opportunities expressed in units, net sales, and gross profit. Agrees how to close gaps and how to handle SKU mix issues.• Upload Forecast into the different planning systems on monthly basis for 36 months. (Anaplan/OMP).• Provides insight to the global demand team regarding market scenarios, business assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Works with commercial, Regulatory Affair, Commercial Quality to proactively highlight if competitors are in Stock out to ensure Supply response.Supply network Planning• Manages forecast and replenishment (using OMP) to European warehouses for approximately 110 SKUs, with a mix between Dynamic Champions, Core and Value Optimizers.• Manages and plans timely and cost-effective supply of his/her portfolio based upon product life cycle stage and market demand variations.• Manages New Artwork Implementation Planning and Expiry Date Planning.• Proactively alerts local company and EMEA about required escalations or potential supply chain disruptions. Follows up with corrective actions. Reports and explains stock-outs.• Communicates with manufacturing sites to ensure un-interrupted supply to the markets.• Supports, advises, and executes plans for New Product Introduction.• Supports, proposes, and executes plans for Product Portfolio Rationalization.• Collaborates with commercial and pricing to find solutions for increasing sales where there is excess stock, to avoid SLOB and destructions.• Initiates repackaging to reduce destructions due to artwork (SLOB avoidance) when needed.• Maintains Master Data Planning Parameters for ERP- and Planning System.• Monitors KPIs for his/her product portfolio, proposing and executing corrective actions.• Acts in compliance with Innovative Medicine (IM) policies for Summit trainings and IM Travel and Expenses guidelines.OTIF D• Orchestrate the monthly OTIF D process involving the relevant stakeholders: Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation. Ensure for all the failure modes there is an explanation and a robust action plan to solve the issues.• Analise in particular the Product availability miss and the related reason code, identify solution working with different functions• Ensure the local document is timely in the regional folder to ensure the regional consolidationMain performance measures:• Contribute to the Global D&IM Scorecard• Commercial demand accuracy (short-term/Mid-term)• Quality of demand insights into region/globe• Stock out• OTIF-D• SLOB• Education: BA, or BSc.• Relevant Supply Chain experience of 5 years.• Accurate person, with attention to details and high-performance standards.• Has a strong demonstrated track of achievements.• Ability to communicate effectively and build strategic partnership with customers and internal stakeholders.• High analytical skills.
