They will play a key role in analyzing the P&L Statement and Balance Sheet, leading forecast cycles, and supporting financial close activities. This role is critical to drive significant process improvements and standardization in accordance with J&J reporting enhancement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effectively communicate key business drivers impacting our financial results.You Will Be Responsible ForForecasting Leadership: Lead the forecasting cycle in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring that financial predictions are accurate, timely, and insightful.• Quarter Close Process: Lead the quarter close reporting consolidation, guaranteeing that all financial data is thoroughly reported and analyzed, adhering to established timelines. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, summaries, and metrics to MedTech Surgery Finance Leadership.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including finance teams, business leaders, and external partners, to gather data and provide insights that empower informed decision-making.• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial reporting and analysis, ensuring our practices remain cutting-edge.Delivering Reporting Improvements: Identify and implement process and reporting improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and clarity of financial results. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
