ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Australia's breathtaking landscapes? Outback Spirit is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Camp and Lodge Attendants across various locations in stunning rural Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
As a Lodge/Camp Attendant, you will be the face of Outback Spirit, representing our values in a professional and passionate manner. This multi-skilled role involves providing outstanding customer service to our guests and serving as their main point of contact throughout their stay.
Your responsibilities will include:
This is a remote position, requiring you to live and work at one of our properties for the entirety of the season. We provide all meals and accommodation. Please be mindful of the limitations associated with residing in a remote location for an extended period of time.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a multi-skilled professional with demonstrated experience in hospitality. You have exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition with a teamwork attitude.

To thrive in this role, you should possess at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry and have a friendly, team-oriented spirit. Key qualifications include a Remote First Aid Certificate, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and thriving in a hands-on environment.
