Automotive Service Advisor - INFINITI

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued INFINITI customers, ensuring their service needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Assist customers with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Provide detailed explanations of repairs, costs, and timelines in a clear, courteous manner.

Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to identify service needs and recommend preventive maintenance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of INFINITI vehicles, products, and services to offer accurate recommendations.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and service records are maintained for each customer.

Address and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.


What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience preferred, but not required).

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain vehicle issues and service recommendations to customers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple customers and service orders.

A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering the best possible service experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Technical knowledge of vehicle systems and parts is a plus.

Proficiency with service management software and systems.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
