Job Summary: The primary role of this position is to lead and manage the data conversion process of newly acquired firms. As the need arises, this role may assist other members of the Operations team with other functions such as product management, support and training.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
The duties of the Jr. Business Data Analyst include but are not limited to:
Managing the data conversion process of newly acquired firms
Independently determining the correct end-state mappings of data being converted from source systems
Understanding the data and workflow needs of the business and how to translate the data in order to meet those needs
Leading information gathering conversion calls to obtain the data needed to achieve successful conversions
Requirements and Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Prior analytical experience
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to operate in US time zones
