YOU WILL:

• Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware, and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all problems.
• Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
• Assists with capacity planning, installation and performance for storage, backup, and VMware environments.
• Manages and maintains Active Directory infrastructure, SCCM, Microsoft Azure/365, and cloud services.
• Create and maintain continuity documentation.
• Serves as an escalation point for Service Desk.
• Take initiative to become further educated in relevant systems administration, information technology, and emerging trends.
• Available for on-call and/or emergency response and support as needed.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, or other IT related field with at least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft based solution (Desktop/Servers) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification.
• Experience with Active Directory Management, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Cloud Services Management
• Experience in user administration and troubleshooting end-user technical issues
• Ability to perform limited physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs
