Role Overview
As an SMB Inside Sales Account Executive, you’ll engage with potential clients using both inbound and outbound strategies to generate leads and deliver customized outreach. By building relationships, understanding unique business needs, and positioning JumpCrew’s services effectively, you’ll contribute directly to our clients’ growth within the SMB sector. This role requires proactive engagement, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to closing deals aligned with JumpCrew’s client success objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Build a robust pipeline by leveraging inbound leads and sourcing new opportunities through outbound channels such as cold calling, email, social media, and follow-ups.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, identifying key decision-makers, and evaluating alignment with JumpCrew’s services.
Manage and forecast sales pipeline with a consistent focus on growth.
Sales Sequencing & Engagement
Execute customized inbound and outbound sales sequences to maintain consistent engagement.
Track pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and apply data insights to refine outreach strategies.
Consultative Selling
Lead discovery calls, effectively present JumpCrew’s GaaS (Growth-as-a-Service) model, and develop tailored solutions to address client-specific challenges.
Position JumpCrew as a trusted partner for revenue growth and market expansion.
Target Achievement & Goal Setting
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Set and pursue personal performance goals aligned with team objectives, utilizing JumpCrew’s resources to maximize success.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to align messaging, improve targeting, and ensure effective lead handoffs.
Share insights on client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning to support sales funnel enhancements.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in inside sales or business development, with BPO experience in a B2B environment strongly preferred. Experience in a B2B revenue generation, marketing services, or subscription-based industry is also highly preferred.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals with SMB clients; adept with inbound and outbound sales techniques.
Executive Engagement: Demonstrated experience and skill in gaining access to and engaging with C-suite and senior leaders who are strategic sponsors, decision-makers, or influencers for purchasing JumpCrew’s products and services.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and familiar with sales enablement tools.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SMB sales, marketing, and outsourcing solutions focused on revenue growth.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative, client-focused approach.
