Backed by some of the world's leading investors including Softbank Ventures Asia, FJ Labs, and Kairos, June Homes is on a mission to build the world’s largest housing company without owning a single property.About the role:June Homes is looking for a Real Estate Associate who will be responsible to grow and develop a portfolio of rental properties which meets and exceeds growth targets for the New York territory. This person will need to achieve growth targets, maintain high productivity levels, and execute company initiatives. As the Real Estate Associate of their city, this individual will ensure goals and targets are met through exhibiting proficiency in sales processes, negotiation, and successfully closing and launching new locations in their respective city. They will work closely with other departments and teams to continuously improve the June Homes offering and partner experience. This role reports directly to the VP of Real Estate. This is a remote position but is required to reside in the New York area and should expect travel throughout the city to visit prospective inventory.What you’ll do:• Meet/exceed growth targets in number of new locations launched• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, property managers, and the brokerage community. Foster and grow the existing portfolio.• Negotiate and close new contracts and extensions for June Homes.• Perform inspections of newly launched homes in the local market as needed.• Work closely with cross functional partners across various departments including Launch, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Business Analytics.Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Business Development and deal making experience, Real Estate experience preferred, but not required• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and relevant KPIs• Brokers License preferred, not requiredWhat you will need to be successful:• Entrepreneurial mindset• Reliable, accountable and responsive• High emotional intelligence and refined sales skills• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Resilient under stress and pressure• Natural leadership skills and experience in managing people• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines• Work closely with cross functional teams to achieve desired results• Positive, go-getter attitude with winner’s mentality• Proficiency with tech solutions such as, GSuite, Front, Slack & more.• CRM (Hubspot) experience preferredWhat we offer:• Competitive compensation + benefits• High growth, VC backed startup experience• Opportunity for limitless professional growth and development• A diverse and inclusive environment where you can bring your whole self to workJune Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
