About the role:
June Homes is looking for a professional Cleaner and Housekeeping Associate to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. This position is based in NYC.

What you’ll do:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies (keys, electronic locks, vacuum cleaners, or anything related to the unit that belongs June Homes)
• Notify manager of any damages caused by residents
• Interact with residents with professionalism and patience (for example, occasional complaints from residents directly to the Housekeeper for common spaces cleaning, dishes, or trash. These complaints should be directed to our Support department for resolution.)
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any standard company practices
• Complete digital inspection checklist (including photos, videos, etc.) inspecting home condition, cleanliness, safety and brand standards
• Act as the "eyes and ears" for the remote management team, identifying issues to address and ensuring home quality standards are met
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks as requested
• Maintain an adequate supply of your own cleaning supplies to be used on the job (supply list will be provided)

What you need to be successful:

• English language communication skills
• Prior experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• A customer-oriented and friendly approach to problem solving
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
