Responsibilities
Engage with customers in pre- and post-sales processes
Build proof-of-concepts and demonstrate value to customers

Provide technical guidance and expertise across products
Ensure customer retention and expansion through relationship building
Collaborate with internal teams for technical escalations
Influence product roadmap and improvements through customer advocacy
