Customer Success Engineer
Jungle Scout is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to be the trusted technical advisor for customers, drive value from the platform, and provide proactive technical guidance. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their business objectives, and supporting retention and expansion efforts.
Skills
- Customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in technical skills like API, Excel, SQL, and Data visualization tools
- Ability to work with data sets and derive insights
- Process clarity and ability to simplify complex processes
- Creativity in providing solutions and working autonomously
- Strong collaboration skills
- Passion for learning new technologies
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in pre- and post-sales processes
- Build proof-of-concepts and demonstrate value to customers
- Align customer business objectives with Jungle Scout Cobalt value proposition
- Provide technical guidance and expertise across products
- Ensure customer retention and expansion through relationship building
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical escalations
- Influence product roadmap and improvements through customer advocacy
- Contribute towards innovation and identifying additional value for customers
