The Regional Director’s role will manage, influence, and develop a high performing team. The team consists of Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Coordinators, across a portfolio of services across West Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to the VIC General Manager, you will lead Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services. This fixed term (12months) full time position, Regional Director with ensure compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth.
