Apart from this, AP team also maintains vendor database and supports the pricing analysis.

Junior AP Specialist

Main tasks:

• Validating and processing different types of incoming documents (mainly PO and non-PO invoices)

• Researching less complex invoice discrepancies, performing necessary corrections to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

• Performing weekly tasks for supporting processes

• Performing activities related to the month end closing (simple reconciliations and reporting)

• Acting as a point of contact for inquiries from vendors and other QVC Teams

• Reconciling suppliers' statements, providing backup for posted transactions

• Liaising with other departments i.e. Treasury, Procurement, Vendor Master Data

• Contributing to team effort by performing other duties as needed such as vendor statistical reporting as

• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by GBS Management Team

We are looking for candidates who:

• Present good command of English (at least B2 level).

• Have excellent communication and numeric skills, with good attention to detail.

• Have good command in MS Excel

• Can adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change.

• Present the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Educational background in finance/accounting related fields will be a strong asset

• Previous experience in finance will be a strong asset
