Junior Graphic Designer

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner across teams to create impactful work across all media, that translates business strategy into creative solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Retail and Social Media teams in the development of ideas, to describe and showcase capabilities
• Layout and design images from photo shoots for homepages, emails and social media
• Partner across teams to create video content
• Operate with a solid grasp on Rowan’s brand standards; internalize and maintain those standards and guidelines in all work
• Monitor projects to ensure established due dates are met, and work is of the highest level of quality
• Maintain a knowledge of, and stay up to date on, latest industry technology, trends and techniques

What you’ll bring:

• Strong conceptual thinker who can create compelling content
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of typography skills
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) as well as smaller and emerging platforms
• Exceptional design and presentation abilities
• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines
• Promoting continual creative improvement and actively contributing to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
• Expert mastery of knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere
