WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have completed training in the IT field, e.g. as a system administrator (m/f/d), network administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), IT administrator (m/f/d) or a similar qualification.
• You have a clear advantage if you already have several years of professional experience in this field
• You have already acquired basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WIFI)
• You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• Sound knowledge of current operating systems such as Windows, Linux, MacOS and Microsoft Office applications round off your profile
• If you already have knowledge in programming and the handling of databases, this would be a plus point
• Flexibility and service orientation are not foreign words for you
• Strong communication skills, solution orientation, loyalty and readiness for action describe you
• You are business fluent in German and English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for workstation systems
• Troubleshooting in the desktop, printer and mobile area are part of your responsibilities
• You will be responsible for setting up and modifying workstations and infrastructure
• The monitoring of network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, router, WIFI) is part of your daily business
• You analyze errors in the WAN and LAN using relevant network protocols
