What You Will Do:

The 12-Month Junior Retail Sales Associate in our Luxe division will assist and support the VPs of Retail Sales & Business Strategies within the Sales COE. Those selected for this position will be:

Job Duties and Accountabilities

Product & Program Assistance:

  • Collaborate with COE across Luxe Brands to facilitate communication
  • Support COE team to execute Luxe wide programs internally & externally
  • Provide daily support to the VP team in tasks to support business acceleration
  • Assist team with media tactics, reporting & audits to drive brand enhancement
  • Collaborate on competitive Intel on our competitors
  • Support the COE team in fostering the relationship with the Consumer Centricity team


Administrative duties including:

  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations for all VP needs
  • Assist team with all reporting & analytical needs
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, etc. based on business needs
  • Manage all retailer & stakeholder contact information
  • Ability to review data & analytics and offer insight
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting set up & scheduling, travel & expense, and arranging business travel

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

•       Bachelor’s degree; must have graduated within the past 12 months

•       Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

•       Excellence in Skypad, cube and all analytical tools

•       Excellent written, analytical and communication skills

•       Solid understanding of data management and ability to use Excel to organize data, create reports, and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations

•       Self-starter, strong organizational and problem-solving skills - seeing how things can be done more efficiently within the department & taking charge of the task

•       Detail-oriented - on proofreading, follow-up, day-to-day work

•       High level of professionalism and ability to stay calm in times of stress
