Do you have a love for interiors and a passion for sales? LuxDeco is looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team. As Junior Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in sales development for LuxDeco’s trade and interiors pipeline, working within the UK residential and hospitality market. As such, we are looking for an exceptional sales professional who has experience operating in the UK market. You should be a personable and target driven individual, who is excited about the opportunity to join a fast-growing Trade Team at the forefront of luxury e-commerce.
- Manage and support the growth of over 300 new and existing UK interior design accounts to help drive overall business growth, and brand awareness
- Hit sales and pipeline targets for the UK market
- When required, attend and host face to face meetings with key clients in and around the UK to build and maintain positive relationships, and identify new account opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to each of our clients to ensure that we are the partner of choice for any current or future projects
- Ensure data and reporting is accurate and up to date to facilitate enhanced decision making and enable the team to provide seamless cover when needed
- Support other Sales Account Managers on their regions and accounts when necessary
- Create quotes and invoices
- Assess ways to streamline sale processes to ensure an efficient and elevated service
- Attend weekly sales meetings with the Customer Care team to ensure that best-practises are shared between the departments and the team are motivated to achieve results
- Work in collaboration with the after-sales team to ensure that the customers needs are met at all times
Essential

Experience generating leads and converting into sales
- Experience in the the UK interiors or FF&E sector
- Strong and ever growing knowledge of the 350+ brands that LuxDeco represents, with a passion for our product range
- A proactive, deal getter that uses a consultative style to build rapport and close deals
- Tenacious, “can-do” attitude towards sales activity and reporting
- Great verbal and written communications skills
- Tech savvy:
- Ability to use software such as excel and word
- Expertise in using the CRM tools Pipedrive and Zendesk
- Data analytics capabilities in reporting tools such as Looker

Your location: This is a hybrid remote role. Our flexible office is based in Liverpool Street and you are free to use the office as much or as little as you like. You will be required to meet with clients in-person when required.
Your hours: This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
