About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing, Security to lead go-to-market strategy for our security portfolio. This leader will play a pivotal role in defining how we differentiate in the evolving security landscape, driving demand, and enabling sales teams to win in the market.
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and execute a world-class go to market strategy for our security portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
•    Craft compelling messaging and positioning that highlights our unique differentiation in Secure AI-Native Networking and Security.
•    Lead GTM initiatives, including launches, campaigns, and industry events, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•    Engage with customers, analysts, and influencers as appropriate to reinforce our market leadership and influence industry conversations.
•    Analyze and optimize performance, measuring the success of marketing initiatives and refining strategies accordingly.
What You Bring
•    10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in cybersecurity and networking.
•    Deep understanding of the security market, including trends, competitive landscape, and buyer personas.
•    Proven success in GTM execution, from positioning and messaging to demand generation and sales enablement.
•    Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive alignment and execution.
•    Experience working with analysts, press, and industry influencers to establish thought leadership.

Minimum Salary: $178,112.00

Maximum Salary:$256,036.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $178,112.00 and $256,036.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
