Overview: We are seeking a passionate Demand Generation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving our lead generation efforts and shaping our digital marketing strategies from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) to drive qualified leads and user acquisition.
2. Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for blogs, landing pages, emails, conferences and social media that resonate with our target audience.
3. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel, including creating automated workflows and personalized messaging.
4. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
5. Database Management: Manage and segment prospect databases to ensure effective targeting and personalized marketing efforts.
6. Conference Planning & Execution: Manage logistics for company participation in conferences, including registration, shipping of materials, design of booths. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, giveaways, and promotional items. Conduct post-conference evaluations to assess the success of participation and gather insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within a startup environment (internship experience included).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Close).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing strategies.

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
