Senior Manager, Client Success
JustFund, a nonprofit grantmaking platform, is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Success to join their team. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction and growth in a SaaS environment while championing justice and racial equity work.
Skills

- Proficiency in GoogleSuite, Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, and project management tools
- Knowledge of social good community
Responsibilities
- Manage Client Success Team
- Improve processes and workflows for onboarding and training
- Develop renewal process and drive client engagement
- Manage and grow portfolio of accounts
- Provide high-quality service to Premium and Enterprise clients
Education
- 4-6+ years of progressive experience in customer support or similar role
- Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
