Responsibilities
Manage Client Success Team
Improve processes and workflows for onboarding and training
Develop renewal process and drive client engagement
Manage and grow portfolio of accounts
Provide high-quality service to Premium and Enterprise clients
Education
4-6+ years of progressive experience in customer support or similar role
Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
