Business Services Partnerships Manager
Justworks is looking for a Business Service Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, adept at building robust business relationships, and capable of executing complex partnership agreements.

Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of each business service partner’s business
- Manage the business service channels program P&L
- Coordinate with partners, setting up meetings, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Achieve individual quarterly revenue targets
- Build relationships within the sales team and collaborate cross-functionally
- Improve reporting structures and data integrity for scaling business service channels efficiently
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field
