Skills

• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience working with Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Kotlin, Go
• Prior experience in fraud detection and prevention
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build solutions for fraud detection and prevention
• Design and implement APIs, data models, and backend services
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership and mentorship
• Ensure best-practices observability and security of services
• Support other engineers and act as a tech lead
