Lead & develop a team of high-performing Territory Managers
Execute sales strategies and Territory plans
Coach and mentor TMs for professional skill development

Achieve KPIs set for the company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Maintain knowledge of local regulations and guide TMs accordingly
Education
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Preferred Degree in Business or related field
