Sales Recruiter (Contract)

We’re looking for a contract-to-hire Sales Recruiter who will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to fuel the expansion of our Sales team and the company’s overall growth. This role requires a strong work ethic, a deep understanding of a highly functioning sales organization, and the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to the unexpected challenges of a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct resume screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit to ensure the most qualified candidates move through the hiring process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, ensure interviewers understand their role, and manage ATS workflow.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates, provide timely updates on their application status, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company’s employer brand by highlighting our unique selling points, company culture, and growth opportunities to attract and retain top Sales talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with our Sales Leadership team to understand company needs, adhere to and reinforce our recruitment process, and develop effective candidate profiles and job descriptions.


Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of prior recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or sales recruitment within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics to effectively assess candidates.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS Systems (preferably Lever).
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to pivot quickly and think critically to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and able to leverage recruitment data to drive informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Process-driven, with the ability to communicate, adhere to, and reinforce our recruitment process with business stakeholders.
  • Fundamental understanding of inclusive recruitment practices to implement and reinforce throughout the recruitment process.


$40 - $50 an hour
