Structured Finance & Development Intern

Kairos Power is seeking a Structured Finance & Development Intern to support financial and other initiatives enabling the management of commercial and partnership opportunities from concept to realized business impacts.

Responsibilities

Development, refinement, and/or review of comprehensive project finance models
Support the commercial and financial structuring of power project transactions
Research potential customers and support the benchmarking of nuclear deal developments
Support Kairos Power's partnerships through meetings and events management
Develop and maintain commercial related collateral in coordination with the Communications team
Support Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposal (RFP) responses

Education

Currently pursuing MBA
