Kairos Power is seeking a Supervisor for Welding Development to enhance the quality and efficiency of our production welding program focused on evolving clean energy technology.

Responsibilities

Hire, coach, and manage welding development team
Develop and qualify welding specifications and procedures
Identify and deploy new manufacturing methods
Perform inspections of weldments and manage WPS & PQRs
Oversee training of technicians and welders

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
