The role includes leading talent acquisition efforts, structuring comprehensive training and development programs, and designing succession planning initiatives to foster career growth and prepare future leaders.
Additionally, the HR Manager will manage critical HR documentation processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement policies that align with both cultural and legal standards. The role also includes preparing and analyzing HR metrics and managing the OKR process to support strategic objectives across the organization.
