Human Resources (HR) Manager

The HR Manager will play a critical strategic role in driving Kaizen’s growth and aligning HR functions with the organization’s long-term vision. This position is responsible for leading organizational restructuring initiatives, collaborating with leadership to shape scalable department structures, and facilitating quarterly strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment on key objectives and performance improvements.

As a champion of Kaizen’s values and culture, the HR Manager will implement feedback mechanisms, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and monitor performance to create a productive and positive work environment.
