Karbon, the global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a People Business Partner (HR) to champion, drive change, and support the business with a focus on HR operations and L&D space. This role plays a key part in partnering with business leaders, initiating change initiatives, and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategies and navigate business needs
Lead key HR initiatives using project management principles
Drive learning and development programs globally

Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries
Develop deep understanding of assigned business lines and build relationships with business leaders
Improve organizational efficiency and processes
Report on employee performance and engagement metrics
Implement scalable people processes and systems
