About the opportunity:

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be the guiding force behind our lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. You will start as an individual contributor, with the goal of building and leading a high-performing demand generation/growth marketing team over time. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth trajectory, helping us to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation to make a significant impact and grow with us.


What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns through both digital and non-digital channels including email, SEO, SEM, social media, industry publications, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with events lead to generate pipeline and maximize ROI from our events program
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and partner teams to ensure alignment on target markets, messaging, and lead qualification.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work with the RevOps team to manage the lead flow process and scale the marketing tech stack as the business grows. 
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Over time, build and lead a demand generation team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in working with sales and marketing systems (HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred). 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • The expected base compensation for this role is between $160-200K for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
