This position will help drive our email marketing communication efforts to users by working with cross-functional teams to develop, build and execute email campaigns globally.Are you passionate about travel, marketing, and building outstanding user experiences? Then join us at KAYAK and help shape the future of travel!This role is required to work from our Concord, MA office at least 3 days per week.In this role, you will:• Work with our global teams to support end-to-end process for all email & push marketing campaigns; including planning, asset/copy collection, proof review, QA, executing and deployment.• Assist in developing and executing campaign optimization strategies using A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and other methods.• Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle• Own the building of all email/push marketing campaigns in ESP, which will require experience with HTML/CSS• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to Engagement Marketing as well as cross-functional collaborators.• Work to continuously improve all metrics, including deliverability, opens, clicks, and revenue.• Coordinate the global email & push campaign calendar and review process with consideration for other departments and stakeholders.• Assist with email reporting/presentations; including preparation of business reviews and competitive analysis/marketing research• Regularly identify trends and email/push marketing strategies from other leading global brands to gain insights on best practices and new innovative ideasPlease apply if you have:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related eld• 2+ years of email and push marketing experience; including building and deploying campaigns, and experience with email/push automation platforms• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge required• Experience with SQL• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros); experience with any other analytical tools such as Google Analytics a plus• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, understanding timelines and delivering• Organized and detail-oriented• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Comfortable multitasking to ensure targets are met• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits and Perks• 4 weeks paid vacation• Day off on your birthday• Generous retirement plans• Awesome health, dental and vision insurance plans• Flexible Spending Accounts• Headspace Subscription• No Meeting Fridays• Drinks, coffee, snacks, games etc.• Weekly catered lunches• Flexible hours• Regular events/excursions• Universal Paid Parental leaveDiversity and InclusionWe aspire to have a workplace that reflects all of the diverse communities we serve.
