Senior Legal Program Manager - Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI

KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Senior Legal Program Manager to oversee legal programs related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI. The ideal candidate will have experience in privacy and data protection laws and regulations, strong project management skills, and a passion for artificial intelligence.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of global privacy and data practices laws and regulations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and cybersecurity regulations
Ability to articulate legal initiatives to technical and non-technical partners
Risk assessments and compliance gap assessments
Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills

Responsibilities

Develop and implement legal programs on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI
Monitor and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Oversee legal cybersecurity initiatives
Identify and mitigate privacy and cybersecurity risks associated with AI
Stay informed about emerging global regulations impacting the travel and dining industries
Manage the global privacy program and collaborate on privacy audits and regulatory compliance
Advancing privacy by design efforts and overseeing DSR escalation requests
Administer policies and procedures to strengthen data governance practices

Education

CIPP/US, CIPP/EU, CIPM or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
