Ken’s Beverage, Inc (KBI) a longstanding leader in providing excellent service in the beverage equipment industry, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Miramar, FL team. As part of Pentair’s Commercial Water Solutions business, you can join us on our mission to deliver clean water to the world!

As an employee you will receive:

Pay: $17 per hour
Eligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance
6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays each year
1 week of vacation to start and 2 weeks in Year 2 (vacation is accrued weekly)

As the forward-facing contact of KBI you will:

Report directly to the service/branch manager
Serve as the main point of contact for all service inquiries from our customers
Serve as a point of contact for technicians and dispatch in accordance with the order/scheduled work orders for the day.
Complete daily billing for branch office, ensuring all customers are charged in accordance with individual contracts.
Reconcile billing from previous day against AS400 report to verify invoicing of all work.
Manage expense data to ensure accuracy of weekly employee expense reports prior to submission for payment.
Order parts and track shipments.
Provide administrative/clerical assistance during large and small projects, including maintenance of schedules and project spreadsheets.

To meet the requirements of this position you will need:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
Ability to stay focused in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
