Ken’s Beverage, Inc (KBI) a longstanding leader in providing excellent service in the beverage equipment industry, is looking for a Biller to join our Plainfield, IL team. As part of Pentair’s Commercial Water Solutions business, you can join us on our mission to deliver clean water to the world!

As an employee you will receive:

Pay: $17 per hour
Eligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance
6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays each year
1 week of vacation to start and 2 weeks in Year 2 (vacation is accrued weekly)

As the forward-facing contact of KBI you will:

Enter billing information into the accounting software systems and other databases for various electronically billed customers and vendors.
Generate various reports for management as requested
Make invoice adjustments and clear up outstanding invoices.
Communicate with the Branch locations to assure that their billing information is received in a timely and accurate fashion.
Track equipment reflected on invoices and packing slips.

To meet the requirements of this position you will need:

High school graduate
Previous data entry experience is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills.
