Manager of Commercial Strategy

Our client is looking for a Manager of Commercial Strategy to lead client's strategic efforts in enhancing market presence and driving business growth. This role will be pivotal in shaping the commercial landscape of the company by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and developing actionable sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategies.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the commercial team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong commercial background to make a significant impact in a dynamic setting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a leadership role with the capacity to influence and inspire teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
