Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables to achieve project success.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and utilized.
  • Monitor project performance, tracking progress against timelines and budgets to ensure goals are met.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, updating them on project status and managing expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate these challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project meetings and presentations, gathering feedback to continuously improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability.
