With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Highly competitive base salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 with a commission structure of 5-8% of gross profit generated. Additionally, there is a monthly bonus opportunity ranging from $5,000 - $27,500 based on volume.What’s a typical day as an Inside Sales Representative? You’ll be:• Managing and prioritizing incoming requests for quotes (RFQ) in a timely manner.• Building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional customer service.• Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.• Thinking outside the box and being assertive to drive sales and achieve results.• Maintaining good documentation and being detail-oriented.• Working collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals.Requirements• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the valve industry.• Possess knowledge of P21 (preferred but not required).• Are well-organized and able to manage and prioritize incoming RFQs.• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong follow-up habit.• Have a keen ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional customer service.• Are motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.• Have a keen understanding of how to grow a customer base and maintain customer relationships.Helping you discover what’s next in your career is what we’re all about, so let’s get to work.
