Fuel Delivery Driver

Position: Fuel/Oil Delivery DriverLocation: Bronx, NY 10454Hourly Pay: $35/hr. – $43/hr. (DOE)Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some overtime requiredJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fuel/Oil Delivery Driver to join our team in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of work experience, familiarity with Esys software, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. DOT endorsements are preferred but not required.Key Responsibilities:• Delivery Operations:• Safely deliver fuel and oil to customers in a timely and efficient manner.• Navigate and follow assigned routes to ensure timely deliveries.• Equipment and Safety:• Operate delivery trucks and equipment in compliance with all safety regulations.• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with DOT regulations.• Customer Service:• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing their needs.• Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation and records.• Compliance:• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT requirements.Qualifications:• Experience:• 4-5 years of work experience as a fuel/oil delivery driver or in a similar role.• Experience with Esys software is a plus.• Skills and Abilities:• Strong knowledge of fuel and oil delivery procedures and equipment.• Excellent navigation and route planning skills.• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling fuel hoses and equipment.• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Certifications:• DOT endorsements are preferred but not required.• Other Requirements:• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.• Willingness to work overtime as needed.Benefits:• Competitive hourly pay ($35/hr. – $40/hr. based on experience)• Overtime opportunities• Comprehensive benefits package (details to be provided during the interview process)• Opportunities for training and career advancement• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceHow to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications.
