Through our flagship suite, Incode Omni, we offer an end-to-end omnichannel identity platform that helps businesses address all of their identity needs, from digital onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) to omnichannel authentication and more.

We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our close-knit team and we’re looking for leaders who are curious, driven and excited by ownership!

The Opportunity
Incode is looking for an experienced Key Account Executive who will focus on managing and closing strategic enterprise accounts across a variety of verticals and markets.
Responsibilities
  • Driving and owning the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from identifying target accounts to closing business opportunities across a range of industry sectors across the assigned territory.
  • Developing new strategies to respond to new and complex client concerns converting problems to opportunities.
  • Analysing market needs (like regulations) and mapping the product-market fit..
  • Understanding the client’s full architecture and business/IT challenges, strategic direction & imperatives.
  • Able to deliver a compelling client proposition and manage the delivery of RFPs, PoCs and due diligence.
  • Managing relationships at all levels within the client organization. Ability to identify and scale concerns both internally and within the client organization.
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to develop proper account planning and customer journey mapping, to increase the value of our offering and grow each partnership/account.
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and serving as a trusted partner to your clients.
  • Coordinating with service delivery teams for deployment and ongoing delivery of our cutting-edge product suite
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

Requirements

  • Technical BA/BS degree from a reputable University.
  • 5+ years of relevant requisite experience in a quota carrying software or technology enterprise sales role with a history of selling technical SaaS solutions.
  • Software Engineering, Development or other technical background is a plus.
  • Track record of succeeding in a fast paced and competitive market having had ownership of managing and executing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales, with the ability to navigate across large enterprise organisations.
  • Experience in carrying a quota and consistently hitting sales targets.
  • A disciplined, methodical and process driven sales approach – you’ll be skilled in managing time and resources; have a sound approach to qualifying opportunities coupled with strong business acumen.
  • A strong desire to be successful, you’ll be a goal-oriented team player.
  • The adaptability required to succeed in a fast paced, high growth environment to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An active interest in the importance and value of identity.
  • Experience within the Healthcare or Fintech/Banking or Marketplaces industries would be advantageous
  • Working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally, in writing and in presentations.
  • Highly motivated, fast-learner, multi-tasking and resourceful.
