Senior Solutions Architect, EJBCA

Keyfactor is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect who will guide enterprise customers in implementing and integrating Keyfactor’s solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical efficiency.

Skills

Strong communication skills
Experience with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Knowledge of DevOps and automation tools
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Technical project management

Responsibilities

Assist customers in designing and implementing Keyfactor solutions
Lead design workshops and document solutions for customer approval
Act as primary technical point of contact
Mitigate risks in technical solution design
Mentor and coach junior team members

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
