You will lead the vision, roadmap and operating model for AI value creation to drive business growth, operational efficiency and innovation. Leading the strategic direction, design and implementation of AI-driven products.We are looking for a highly skilled AI R&D product manager to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative AI/ML solutions for our next-generation design and test products, including enabling 6G technologies. You will tackle complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise in AI product development, deep learning, predictive modeling, and algorithm development to create impactful solutions.Your responsibilities will include leading the design and maintenance of AI product development roadmaps, spearheading the development of state-of-the-art AI product development solutions. You will guide and inspire a team of engineers, ensuring the seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into our products and driving significant improvements in business metrics and user engagement.We seek a self-motivated individual with strong R&D product development skills, hands-on experience with launching and scaling AI products and a passion for developing intuitive, well-architected, and maintainable software tools. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to lead and innovate, we want you on our team.Responsibilities• Leading the design and execution of the business product roadmaps and operating models for AI value creation to drive business growth, operational efficiency and innovation.• Leading R&D team consisting of AI product development engineers.
