Community Support Lead: Trust & Safety
Khan Academy is looking for an experienced Trust & Safety leader to drive safety solutions for online educational products and communities.
Skills
- 4+ years professional trust and safety experience
- Experience working closely with product teams
- Expertise with relevant laws and trends in online trust and safety
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent written communication skills
- Project management experience
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve Khanmigo moderation processes
- Advocate for tool and product needs around community safety
- Represent user safety point of view in new feature development processes
- Dive deep into comment moderation tools and ensure strong safety coverage of discussions
- Audit customer support processes for vulnerabilities and train support team
- Lead customer support projects and needs outside of main focus
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher
