Sales Development Representative

Kiavi is a leading private lender to residential real estate investors, providing innovative, technology-driven solutions. We seek a high-energy Sales Development Representative to engage and qualify prospective customers in a remote work environment.

Skills

Customer service experience
Sales experience
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

Managing inbound leads for bridge and rental clients
Educating and developing leads through various channels
Making 80 to 100 dials a day
Identifying and developing an understanding of lead generation process

Education

Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent preferred
