Kiddom seeks a Director of Professional Learning Implementation to deliver impactful professional learning experiences, expand partnerships, and enhance implementation processes for educational programs in alignment with district needs.
Responsibilities: Lead the strategic execution of professional learning programs, manage facilitators, provide advisory support to districts, and partner with sales and customer success teams to boost engagement and impact.
Skills: 7+ years in education or instructional leadership, experience in managing professional development delivery, strong collaboration and communication skills, and understanding of HQIM and adult learning principles.
Qualifications: Proven track record in designing effective professional development, experience with sales and RFP processes in edtech, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: United States, with remote work options available.
Compensation: $90000 - $120000 / Annually

The Director of Professional Learning Implementation plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer-facing professional learning experiences, strengthening partnerships, and expanding Kiddom’s impact through strategic collaboration with internal teams and district leaders. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of Kiddom’s professional learning programs with current customers, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with each school district’s unique needs while also supporting sales efforts through RFPs, presentations, and pilot engagements.
This position requires expertise in launching and sustaining HQIM implementation across large, complex school systems, tailoring professional learning plans to local contexts, and tracking the impact of professional learning to drive continuous improvement.
