The Business Development Director is primarily responsible for finding opportunities and revenue within certain customer segments to build the BD portfolio in support of the company’s growth goals. They will partner with the leadership team and Profit & Lost (P&L) Groups to provide expertise in both the design and execution of business development and capture campaign efforts.
