KIPP St. Louis currently educates over 2,000 students and at full growth, we will educate nearly 2,500 students and hundreds of alumni. Today, our St. Louis network consists of two middle schools, three elementary schools, and a high school.
Position Overview: HR/Talent Intern Position

$20 per hour | 15-20 minimum hours a week (Morning, some evening and some weekend availability

Manage the candidate process through Smart Recruiters and outreach to cultivations + staff

Coaching and Development
Weekly team meeting with the Director of HR/Talent for thought partnerships and support
Training by talent recruitment manager connected to recruitment + retention efforts
Process new applications that have been collected through the external recruitment efforts
Engage with community partners for advertising and marketing opportunities
Support organization and systems building within out HR department
