Your role at Kittl
As a Recruiter at Kittl, you’ll learn first hand how to scale a Series B tech company. We have an unreasonably high bar for talent, and you’ll have to figure out how to hire excellent people, fast. It’s a demanding environment, but for a driven person this will be a great opportunity for accelerated growth.
You’ll join as a Mid level recruiter in a scaling Series B startup. We quadrupled our headcount in the past 12 months from 25 to 100 and we’re continuing to grow, so we’re hiring another recruiter to join the ranks.
The team is currently 1 internal recruiter, 2 external, 1 people ops partner, and being led by our Head of People.
This recruiter role will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles, with an emphasis on sourcing. We have a very high talent bar here at Kittl, and most excellent hires are outbound (sourced).
As you develop in your role and grow towards Senior, you’ll have more opportunities to contribute to projects and OKRs.
This is a performance driven team. If you deliver, you will be rewarded and recognised.
What You’ll Need
Previous hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment
Hunger to learn and grow, and develop into a Talent Acquisition professional. This is likely the most important attribute!
Experience with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
